As a beginners class, you will learn 'How to'cut, nip and place your glass pieces to make an attractive "suncatcher" for indoors or out. Not only will you play with glass, you'll get your fingers dirty applying grout to the glass. Beware, it can get messy! (We will have aprons & gloves available). You may bring your own design, but it should fit in a 6"x 5" area.
The class is a2 part class. Dates for the class are Sep 9 & 16, 2025, from 6-8 pm. You will start your project on the 9th and finish it on the 16th.
Your instructor is Becky Schoenfeld of the Carriage House Studio, New Hampton, IA. Becky is a GREAT instructor and is also fun to have teaching a class. She is an accomplished mosaic artist and has attended several (many) mosaic artists' classes, so she can learn new techniques and pass them on to her students.
