DAIRY DAYS 2026
for Plum Creek Art Center/Connie Mohr Gallery
June 4th begins our town's yearly celebration of Dairy Day.
This is year 102.
Starting at 4 pm, before the Street Sports for the kids, the Art Center will have a Picasso cow on display near the concession stand/softball field. That poor cow will primarily be 'white' with numbers identifying what color the area should be painted. The children of the community are invited to come and make her a
'picture perfect painted Picasso cow.
On June 5th, the Art Center will have a tent standing at the Northwest corner of South Washington Ave and Railroad St.
We will have the "itty bitty" Canvas Creations on display. We received 'over 50' canvases back to the Art Center!! They certainly inspired young and old.
Even our "Paint by Number" cow from the evening of June 4th may be there.
Then from 4-6pm at our tent area, we will have a caricature artist, Jim Winter-Johnson of Winnoa, MN, available for you to sit and have a "SILLY" (individual or group) portrait drawn by him. (Free will donations) This would be a great rememberance piece for you and the kids!!

Additionally,
During the day on June 5th at the Plum Creek Art Center/Connie Mohr Gallery, a watercolor painting by Connie Mohr, will be on display and you are encouraged to stop at the Art Center and register to win the painting. The winner's name will be drawn on June 10th. Be sure you put ALL the important information needed to contact you on the registration form.

See you on Dairy Day, June 5, 2026
